INSTRUCTIONS:
Fill in the blanks with the information requested.  For the tab section,
use a different staff for each section of the song (e.g. intro, verse,
chorus).  When typing in the fret numbers, ERASE the "-" character and
then enter the number.  This way it all comes out even.

When you're all done, email the text file (you can just cut and paste it
into the body of an email message) to erintabs@imperfectly.com with the
subject of the email as "TAB: <Song Title>".  Thank you!
